We are recruiting for a Head of Global Revenue to lead the revenue team in finance for our Assessment sales part of the organisation.

The Head of Global Revenue is an exciting role, leading our revenue team of 30 responsible for sales invoicing to cash collection processes and building on and developing our E-commerce capabilities. The role is responsible for c£450m of annual sales. Following the recent integration, the role responsibilities also include being the process owner for the order to cash cycle and developing further system and process improvements to lead an efficient well-managed team and excellent service to the business.
The successful candidate will be ICM qualified, experienced in all aspects of international credit control, have demonstrable expertise in leading large teams through periods of change and process improvements. We are looking for an excellent communicator with a strong commercial background and a supportive approach to leadership to optimise teams and the systems and processes to best serve our customers.
