JOB PURPOSE

 

As a Product Manager, you will manage the entire lifecycle of the relevant strategic products, from ideation to launch, as well as engaging and nurturing our user community to ensure they are engaged and delighted with the product experience. You will be responsible for the end-to-end product management, ensuring the customer satisfaction and meeting the business goals.

 

 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the function goals
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
  • Define the product roadmap, aligning business priorities with user needs and feedback.

Product Development

  • Work closely with the Product, Platform and other cross-functional teams for the development and iterative improvement of products
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, based on user feedback and data analysis.
  • Manage product roadmap that delivers the most value to users and the community.
  • Work closely with the product team to incorporate feedback to enhance user experience.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with marketing to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with customer support and other teams to ensure a smooth rollout of new features and products, addressing user issues promptly.
  • Regularly communicate product updates and insights to internal stakeholders, including senior management.

Metrics and Performance

  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both product success
  • Analyze data to assess the performance of digital products and engagement, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Report on engagement trends, and product usage patterns to inform future strategies.
