Responsible for publishing strategy for Humanities in response to market needs.
Plan, develop, prioritize, implement and oversee the publishing process ensuring that books/products/solutions are published/released within set deadlines, as per the scope, according to the budget and are of the highest quality.
Ensure that we produce objective, accurate content without hurting the sensibilities of any community.
Mentoring and Supervision:
To carry out any other duties which may be reasonably expected of you by your immediate manager or a senior director.

Be compliant and follow the code of ethics.
To abide by all policies and procedures, as detailed in the contract of employment and the staff handbook, for example, Health & Safety, e-mail and Internet use and standards of behaviour.
