Job Purpose
The QA Team Lead's (Automation) principal role is to manage a team responsible for planning, designing, building, and executing the quality testing functions within their respective domain. They will be a highly proficient QA specialist in their own right and their duties will include directing the day to day work of their team of QA Analysts and to take responsibility for the overall testing strategy and project quality planning of their team/area.
The role involves working with a wide range of stakeholders: business “product” owners, Scrum Masters/project managers, development teams, infrastructure, and Business Users in order to shape and prioritize quality work and to resolve issues. The QA Team Lead must be comfortable in highly collaborative environments across multiple time zones and geographical locations.
