Our current focus is on a full platform rebuild for our marketing website, review and re-engineer of some aspects of our ecommerce architecture to support new capabilities and sales models, and expanding our identity platform to support customers with an improved One Cambridge experience across our web presence.

You will be embedded in a cross functional agile development team with a Technical Solution Owner focus, working closely with product owners, scrum masters, UI/UX, developers and QA. You will be responsible for the technical analysis of business requirements on the backlog and for ensuring that the technical design addresses the needs in the most effective way and is in line with the technical strategy and central architectural governance. The solution design may include evolving existing platforms, integrating with central business systems or researching and commissioning suitable new technologies and partners.

About you:

You have experience of technical business analysis and understanding of how requirements should be expressed to inform solution choices and feed into development.

You have great interpersonal and communication skills and can translate business needs into technology options and make technology concepts accessible to business colleagues.

You've experienced full life-cycle of development of technology solutions, ideally in an agile environment.

You are a highly motivated self-starter and can work independently as well as knowledge share to support the growth of expertise within the team. Collaboration is the key to success in our team.

You are a pragmatic problem solver and creative thinker who enjoys complexities and challenges.
