We are looking for a Assessment Specialist Administrator for the Assessment Specialist Management Team in Partnership for Education. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the administrative and investigative functions of our Quality and Compliance team, while also ensuring smooth and efficient process execution across various departments.

The role is crucial in ensuring the high standards of quality we expect from our Assessment Specialists and their continued compliance with our regulations.

What will you do as an Assessment Specialist Administrator?

 

As an Assessment Specialist Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Assessment Specialists operate and perform to high standards, as well as keeping them in compliance with business and industry guidelines. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Management and Reporting: Collate and maintain Conflict of Interest data, identify training requirements, and ensure data integrity through effective daily monitoring and management of data.
  • Performance and Compliance: Contribute to investigations for Assessment Specialist Performance Management cases and assist with Assessor Deregistration, suspension, and barring processes.
  • Communication and Support: Liaise with internal and external customers to support key processes, deliver a positive user experience, and issue grading letters to assessors.
  • Project Involvement: Contribute to bespoke projects and develop user-friendly working instructions and guidelines for operational processes.
  • Monitoring and Capacity Management: Maintain and be responsible for reports on Assessor status and capacity to work.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Have 1 to 2 years of proven administration experience, ideally in data management and customer communication.
  • Comfortable working with data, including research, analysis, and visualization, and presenting to stakeholders.
  • Can confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders, explaining ideas clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and can read and manage complex daily reports.
  • Have a keen attention to detail, can identify inconsistencies in data, and have experience creating and proofreading written communications for international teams and external customer
