We are recruiting for an R2R Process Specialist to join our Manila R2R team and will be on a hybrid working setup. As a key member of our team, your role will be to help us support the accounting for Sales Support Offices in ROW countries (Europe, Middle East, and Asia) which are incorporated entities providing sales support to Cambridge University Press and Assessment.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As a R2R Process Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support for the accounting of Sales Support Offices in ROW countries (Europe, Middle East, and Asia). You are also expected to work closely with Regional Accountants, Sales Support Office Managers, Finance Business Partners, Finance team within Manila and Cambridge for accounting processes.

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • At least three years of experience in Records to Report Accounting, General Ledger.
  • Good understanding of Records to Report Processes (Month End Closing Activities, Intercompany Transactions, Balance Sheet Reconciliations)
  • Intermediate level Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues in the Finance Shared Service center.
  • Preparation of Audit Supporting schedules and assist in audit inquiries.
  • Knowledge in SAP and SAP Concur
  • IFRS knowledge
  • Flexibility to work with different countries (time-zones), groups, and business environment.
