We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Business Performance Directorate. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for carrying out administrative and operational tasks and you will make a vital contribution to maintaining the efficient and effective operation of International Education's governance, quality, risk, and resource management systems.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

 

You will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, partnering closely with members of the Quality, Performance and Risk Team.

 

Your administrative and organisational skills will support with diary management, meeting coordination, making travel arrangements and maintaining key information on intranet / sharepoint sites, and in reports.

 

The following will make you an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Effective administrative and organisational skills – such as diary management, note taking and meeting coordination. 
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications.  
  • Experience in administrative roles or similar.
  • Preferably, experience insupporting a large team.
