We're looking for an AI Automation Developer to turn automation opportunities into working solutions that improve how content is created, managed and delivered across Cambridge SSA. This is a hands-on development role focused on building, testing and maintaining automation that delivers real operational value.
About the role
As an AI Automation Developer, you'll work closely with colleagues across publishing, production, content development and technology teams to build automation tools that solve genuine business problems. You'll develop workflows, integrations and AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency and help teams work more efficiently.
This is not an AI research or architecture role. It's a practical build role for someone who enjoys creating reliable tools, improving workflows and working directly with users to deliver solutions that make a measurable difference. You'll be responsible for taking approved automation opportunities and turning them into secure, maintainable and well-documented tools that colleagues trust and use.

You'll be a hands-on builder with experience developing automation, integrations or workflow solutions in a business environment. You'll enjoy solving operational problems, working closely with users and creating tools that improve how work gets done.
