We are looking for an AI/ML Engineering Lead to join our team who will shape, design, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that drive innovation within our organization. You will lead a technical team working at the intersection of natural language processing, large language models, learning and assessment analytics, product development, and user security & safety.

What will you do as a AI/ML Engineering Lead?

 In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of 2-4 technical professionals while maintaining hands-on involvement in developing AI solutions. Key activities include:

• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

You will be ideal for this role if you are willing to work Monday to Friday 10:00 – 18:00 (PH Time). However, there will be a need on occasions to work outside these hours to support incidents and collaborate with global teams.

In addition, having the following experience, knowledge or expertise would give you an advantage:

• Extensive experience in AI/ML development, model deployment, and monitoring
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and programming languages (Python, R, Java)
• Strong foundation in computer science, mathematics, and statistical methods
• Experience in agile development and mentoring fellow developers
• Excellent communication skills to engage technical and business teams
