Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Work setup: Hybrid (2x a week in the office)

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM UK time (4:00 PM - 12:00 MN / 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM PH time), adjusting with UK daylight saving changes.

Pay range: Php 22,000 to 28,000

We are looking for a customer focused and flexible Assessment Materials Administrator to join our Assessment Material Production Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the production of assessment material. This is a great opportunity for a motivated person who loves the challenge of seeing different and often competing objectives through to completion, whilst building positive and proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to join us.

What will you do as an Assessment Materials Administrator?

 

 As an Assessment Materials Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the creation of accurate assessment materials through a production process, ensuring they are completed on time to meet printing requirements.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the creation of assessment materials, including modified assessment material and copyright processes. 
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working closely to ensure assessment material tasks are completed to deadlines. This includes working with Assessment Standards Managers, external Assessment Specialists and our typesetting studio. 
  • Monitoring and updating internal systems and data sources to track assessment material production accurately.
  • Work with others to find new ways to improve how we work, to improve our effectiveness and efficiency.
