We are looking for an Assessment Processing Administrator who will be part of our Manila Vocational Qualification (VQ) Assessment Processing Team within Operations, where our primary purpose is to ensure efficient and accurate administration of the key functions related to end-to-end exams processing.

What will you do as an Assessment Processing Administrator?

As an Assessment Processing Administrator, you will play a critical role in delivering the key functions of our exam processing cycle. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Completing a range of tasks related to exams processing, following instructions, meeting deadlines or levels of throughput, and quality checking the outcomes to comply with agreed quality standards
  • Providing a positive and professional service to customers, ensuring enquiries are managed effectively
  • Supervising temporary staff during peak processing periods and supporting other administrators within the department.
  • Reporting any processing failures, or exceptions not covered by the working instructions, in a timely manner so that the appropriate course of action may be agreed
  • Providing effective input into the planning and review of admin processes and conducting User Acceptance Testing of current and new systems, reporting defects and possible solutions
