Assessment Processing Administrator          

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000

We are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day tasks of AML Outbound Logistics processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.

What will you do as a Assessment Processing Administrator?

Reporting to the AML Manager, your accountabilities will include:

  • Provide effective process management across AML Inbound
  • Assist across all work streams and sub-teams within AML Inbound to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our business requirements.
  • Support Managers and colleagues in series planning, series readiness, process delivery, process monitoring and review, resolution of complex customer and process queries, ownership of processes and/or stakeholder relationships, and internal/external reporting and data handling activities.
  • Responsible for the completion of day-to-day tasks of AML Inbound operations processes.
  • Responsible for checking the updated working documents and procedures.
  • Responsible for responding to customer queries within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalating them when necessary.
  • Escalations of issues and risks accordingly, to your manager
  • Updating and reporting your team's progress against agreed plans

  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word and Power Bi)
