Assessment Processing Supervisor

Internal title: Assessment Materials & Logistics Manager

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM Manila time, flexing to 08:30AM to 16:30PM during the live June and November exam series

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 33,000 to 44,000

We are looking for a dedicatedAssessment Processing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of AML Outbound Logistics core functions, whilst ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

What will you do as anAssessment Processing Supervisor? 

Reporting to the Head of Print and Outbound Logistics, your accountabilities will include:

  • Develop and manage schedules, timelines, and resources to support the seamless execution of core functions, as well as anticipate and prepare for peak periods, ensuring sufficient coverage and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and resolve operational challenges, ensuring effective day-to-day management of multiple operations processes within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Take ownership of processes, including the development, monitoring, and regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), timelines, and schedules.
  • Review any change requirements and ensure accurate dissemination of information to the team in a fast-changing environment that is currently working under exception processing.
  • Review and alignment of procedures to ensure continuity between teams.

  • Expertise in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret data and information with high attention to detail
  • Previous line management experience, in a busy deadline driven environment
  • Ability to learn, analyse and deliver multiple complex operational processes with the same deadline.
  • Ability to adapt and re-prioritise to meet changing circumstances.
