We are seeking a dedicated Associate HRIS Manager to lead and support our global People Systems, with a strong focus on data integrity, governance, and user experience. What will you do as an Associate HRIS Manager? 

Reporting to the People Systems Product Owner, your accountabilities will include: 

  • Managing the integrity, reliability, and audit readiness of HRIS and connected People systems through strong governance and data quality controls. 
  • Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday and related People systems.
  • Leading and supporting the HRIS team to deliver consistent, highquality global BAU support and workload prioritisation. 
  • Managing People systems projects and change initiatives, ensuring changes are well governed, documented, trained, and embedded into BAU processes. 
  • Partnering with People & Culture, Reward, Finance, Payroll, Technology teams, and external vendors to ensure People systems support business and people outcomes.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? 

An ideal candidate has the following qualities: 

  • Demonstrates strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms, ideally Workday including HCM, reporting, and data management. 
  • Exhibits proven experience supporting and maintaining HR systems and processes in a complex, global organisation. 
  • Demonstrates effective team leadership and coordination, including service delivery and prioritisation. 
  • Shows strong capability in data integrity management, reporting, audits, and producing accurate, fitforpurpose insights. 
  • Shows ability to manage systemrelated projects and embed change into operational processes.
