Internal Role Title: Automation Engineer

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 62,000 to 84,000

We are looking for a dedicated Automation Engineer to join our organisational  Automation team. As a key member of our team, you would design, build and run re-usable RPA components, primarily on the UiPath platform, and help developers across the organisation achieve success on this platform.

Most importantly you would help build our internal capability in this important area, upskilling/cross skilling and retaining talented individuals and help them deliver effectively in empowered, agile squads.

What will you do as a Senior Automation Engineer? 

Reporting to the BPM Technincal Lead, your accountabilities will include:

• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilising the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology.
• Work on agile development environment with continuous integration process, unit testing and peer reviews.
• Build reusable Automation components that can be applied througout our organisation

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:

• At least 2 years hands-on experience of the Appian platform
• Appian Certified Associate Developer
• Understanding of REST API's, how they can be used to expose/consume data within an Appian application

Desirable:

• Understanding of RPA automation solutions and how they can interact with Appian applications
• Understanding of business processes and quality & productivity improvement methodologies
