We are looking for a Business Performance Administrator (Data Operations) to join the Business Operations team in the Partnership for Education. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the Data Operations Manager, Business Performance Analyst, and the wider Partnership team by maintaining data quality processes and supporting documentation.

 

This role is crucial for aiding in performance reporting, business efficiency, and supporting users in their data management activities. The goal is to ensure the quality, consistency, and availability of data across the Partnership, supporting strategic, data-driven decision-making.

What will you do as a Business Performance Administrator?

 

As a Business Performance Administrator (Data Operations), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Data Operations Manager, Business Performance Analyst, and the wider Partnership team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data quality processes and supporting documentation to improve the integrity of processes, aiding in performance reporting and business efficiency. You will also support users around the Partnership in their data management activities, ensuring quality, consistency, and availability of data across the Partnership.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Assisting with the maintenance of data within the CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and consistency, in alignment with standards set by the Data Operations Manager.
  • Supporting other data-related housekeeping tasks across MS365 platforms.
  • Collecting and inputting off-system data into the CRM to allow for accurate reporting and support interfacing teams and the wider business.
  • Collaborating with and supporting the Business Performance Analyst where data anomalies occur in reporting.
  • Delivering quality assurance audits of Business performance data across the Partnership.

  • You have experience in managing and organizing time autonomously.
  • You are comfortable following processes and instructions to deliver tasks.
  • You have strong administrative skills and high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  • You possess experience in inputting and managing data in CRM systems, with knowledge of Salesforce being highly desirable.
  • You are proficient in MS365 applications, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
