We are looking for a CRM Data Engineer to join our growing Business Intelligence & CRM Team in Cambridge International Education. As a CRM Data Engineer your role is essential in transforming our data management practices.

What will you do as a CRM Data Engineer?

 In this dynamic role you will:

• Design and build data pipelines for CRM platforms ensuring reliability and security.
• Maintain data integrity through regular cleansing and validation processes.
• Develop and optimise data models, reports, and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Integrate CRM data with external systems using APIs and ETL processes.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline manual processes and reduce errors.
• Support user engagement and provide training on data literacy.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and AI.
