We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist for our Customer Care team, delivering world-class customer service for one of the top English assessment providers in the world. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we are able to maintain our reputation for excellent customer service by professionally and efficiently handling customer enquiries, resolving issues and working to provide first contact resolution.

What will you do as a Customer Care Specialist?

 

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be primarily accountable for delivering world-class customer service across all communications channels (phone, email, chat and social media), and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for all relevant candidate administration tasks. You will also collaborate with your peers andfor improving customer service processes, policies, and SLAs, contributing to continuous service enhancement and operational efficiency.

 


In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer enquiries with a solution based approached via phone/ticketing system/live chat/Social Media platform as per agreed customer service SLA, policies and procedures
  • Relating and communicating with internal and external customers with clarity, objectivity, diplomacy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Responding to complaints and collating necessary information to effectively liaise with the relevant with other team members and determining when to escalate issues.

 

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have 1 – 2 years of proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines and collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiency with the use of MS Office and CRM Platforms (ServiceCloud/Salesforce preferred)
  • Availability to start ASAP
