We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can speak fluently in English to join our Global Customer Services Team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to provide efficient and exceptional service to our global customers.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

 

 As a Customer Service Representative, you will work under the supervision of the Customer Services Supervisor in the Philippines, and you will be:

  • Responsible for accepting orders from different communication channels for print and digital products for our customers which can range from students to large distributors within the US Market.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues from different teams to address or resolve any concerns or requests from our customers.
  • The advocate of our customers by sharing feedback that would help improve customer experience.
  • Speaks fluently in English

 

The following are the non-negotiables for this role:

  • Provide exceptional service to our customers through phone and/or email.
  • Fluent in oral and written in English language
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup in our Manila office, 8 days per month
  • Should be open to work in a flexible schedule but mostly nightshift (4pm to 12mn or 9pm to 5am MNL time)
  • Comfortable in doing inbound/outbound calls

 

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:

  • SAP
  • Zendesk
