Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Pay range: Php 33,000 to 44,000

We are looking for a dedicated Data Analyst to join our Data Management and Digitalisation team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights by building and maintaining Power BI reports, modelling data from multiple sources, and maintaining/developing Microsoft 365 solutions — including Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Excel — to support and automate our professional development initiatives.

What will you do as a Data Analyst? 

Reporting to the Data Management and Digitalisation Manager, your accountabilities will include:

  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and interactive dashboards that turn professional development data into clear, actionable insights for the organisation
  • Model and manage data from multiple sources — including Azure SQL, DataLake, and SharePoint — ensuring accuracy, integrity, and readiness for reporting
  • Maintain and develop SQL queries and Excel-based solutions using Power Query to support data extraction, transformation, and analysis
  • Design, build and maintain Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and SharePoint lists to automate departmental processes and streamline data management
  • Stay current with developments in the Microsoft data ecosystem and proactively bring new ideas and tools to the team

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:

Essential:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including report building, interactive dashboards, and data modelling
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly Power Query for data transformation and structured data management
  • Working knowledge of SQL for querying, maintaining, and adapting existing database queries
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-technical audiences

Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools, specifically Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint list management
  • Knowledge of Python for data manipulation
  • Familiarity with large and complex relational databases and DataLakes solutions
