Internal Job Title: Intervention Controller (Operational Data Quality)

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6PM to 2AM Manila time, overlaps with US operating hours

Employment type: Permanent

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila

Pay range: Php 24,000 to Php 30,000

We are looking for a dedicated an Intervention Controller to join our Operational Data Quality team. In this role, you'll manage customer and pricing master data in SAP, resolve data issues, and work closely with global stakeholders to ensure accurate, reliable data that supports sales and distribution operations. What will you do as a Intervention Controller? 

Reporting to the Intervention Team Lead your accountabilities will include:

  • Account creation and maintenance
  • Handling account queries
  • Pricing creation, discount and maintenance
  • Handling pricing queries
  • Support the technical team with Ivanti tickets by providing subject matter expertise
  • Reviewing the incomplete order report to address pricing issues
  • Handling Idocs resolution
  • Being able to address general data quality queries

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:
Essential:

  • Proven track record of administering customer, pricing, and discount masterdata efficiently, in line with agreed standards, policies, and SLAs
  • Strong practical understanding of data maintenance, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyse and resolve data issues
  • Demonstrates experience in error analysis and problem‑solving, responding effectively to business queries
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, enabling collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of Excel to manage data records, investigate errors, and support reporting
  • Practical experience using SAP and ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira
  • Proactive, flexible, and positive approach to change, with enthusiasm for new ways of working and continuous improvement

 

This role primarily requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. As part of the selection process, you will complete a set of short written and practical tasks designed to assess data accuracy, error analysis, prioritisation, and stakeholder interaction in a business context.
