We are looking for a Data Quality Specialist to join our Products and Scheduling Team within Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and maintenance of Product Reference Data (PRD) within our internal systems, providing accurate and reliable data to the wider business and working with stakeholders to identify and resolve discrepancies.

What will you do as a Data Quality Specialist?

 As a key member of our team, the goal of the Data Quality Specialist is to master the data for hundreds of syllabuses across dozens of certifying exams, providing the foundations that underpin the UK exam cycle.  You will play a crucial role in delivering our products by ensuring that the needed Product Reference Data (PRD) is set up in order for exam schedules, candidate entries and question paper processing from dispatch to release of results is achieved. 

 

What makes you an ideal candidate for this role?

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has proven experience working with data, with a keen orientation for quality and accuracy.

This role will be focused on the handling of critical information for learners seeking various certifications in different subjects, and will require someone who understands the importance of maintaining a high level of accuracy in data input, as well as a possession of a curious, analytical nature, that allows them to not only work on understanding the information they deal with, but to identify and resolve inconsistencies.

The following will also help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Natural curiosity and eagerness to learn 
  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to retain and explain technical information to others 
  • Ability to learn complex systems and processes quickly and effectively 
  • Ability to manage workload successfully, balancing many different tasks and timeframes 
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Amenability to work in UK hours and hybrid setup

As this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, part of the selection process will require you to complete an English test.
