We are looking for hands-on, energetic, enthusiastic, and experienced Delivery Managers to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team in delivering a variety of deliverables across our infrastructure platforms. As expected in a dynamic team, deliverables will range from delivery on existing infrastructure technologies to delivering new products and services.

Your responsibilities as a Delivery Manager:

As a Delivery Manager, you will empower infrastructure teams to ensure effective delivery across infrastructure teams and actively participate in Technology communities and guilds, helping shape the culture and processes across Infrastructure.

You will also be expected to:

• be responsible for one or more Infrastructure Platforms and operate them as Products
• Issue resolution that would otherwise hamper progress.
• Support Core Technology and Infrastructure strategic ambitions and direction.
• Delivery planning and management throughout the lifecycle.
• Act as operations lead if required.
• Ownership of incident investigation and resolution, being involved in major incidents & problem record resolutions.
• Help foster an agile mindset and encourage a great team culture
• Be proactive and willing to take up the challenges

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

You will be an ideal candidate if you can convey technical information to a non-technical audience, reaching the desired understanding and the ability to motivate your team members to meet tight deadlines and create a motivational environment.

Additionally, knowledge, experience, or expertise in the below would give you an advantage:

• Track record of successful infrastructure delivery in a complex environment.
• Infrastructure engineering and\or operational experience
• Knowledgeable in balancing innovation and service stability.
• Working knowledge of planning tools and delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, Trello.
• Excellent relationship management, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement skills up to Director level.
• Proven experience in reporting, effective risk & issue management.
• Understanding the agile mindset and know when and how to apply in different situations.
