Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply. 

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 3PM to 11PM Manila time, overlaps with UK operating hours

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team, leading work across a wide range of infrastructure platforms. In this dynamic environment, you'll support both enhancements to existing technologies and the delivery of new products and services.

What will you do as a Delivery Manager? 

As a Delivery Manager, you will support Infrastructure platform teams to deliver effectively, keep operations running smoothly, and contribute to Technology communities, helping shape our processes and culture. 

You will:

  • Take ownership of one or more Infrastructure Platforms, managing them as products and ensuring reliable, high-quality services.
  • Identify blockers, resolve issues quickly, and lead incident investigations, including major incidents and problem analysis.
  • Plan and manage delivery across the full lifecycle while helping drive Core Technology and Infrastructure strategic goals.
  • Provide line management and coaching for platform engineers, fostering a positive, collaborative, and agile team environment.
  • Stay proactive; identify challenges early, drive improvements, and encourage continuous learning and agile ways of working.

You will be a great fit if you can clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, motivate teams under tight deadlines, and foster a positive, high-performing environment.

The following knowledge and experience will give you a strong advantage:

  • Proven success delivering infrastructure projects in complex environments, with hands-on engineering or operational experience.
  • Ability to balance innovation with service stability and make informed, pragmatic delivery decisions.
  • Familiarity with delivery frameworks and planning tools such as Scrum, Kanban, ITIL, Jira, or Trello.
  • Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, and conflict-resolution skills up to Director level.
  • Experience in reporting, risk and issue management, and applying agile principles appropriately to different contexts.
