We are looking for a DesignOps Coordinator to join our Experience & Service Design team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to assist design and research operations to support the design of innovative experiences across the English portfolio, working in collaboration with designers across Manila and the UK. This role plays a vital role in contributing to the design operations function to support the design of English products and services.

What will you do as a DesignOps Coordinator?

 

As a DesignOps Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting design and research operations to help designers working in areas like experience design, service design, UX research and graphic design. Your expertise and insights will guide initiatives to improve processes, tools and templates to ensure consistent and aligned design across products and services.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organise and maintain design documentation, tools, templates, and processes to support alignment and efficiencies
  • Help prepare design briefs with clear, necessary details for successful project delivery
  • Support resource allocation, vendor management, and procurement for design tasks
  • Assist with reporting and budgeting to highlight design impact
  • Plan and facilitate design meetings and workshops to support collaboration across design and with stakeholders
  • Build strong global relationships with teams in Propositions, Marketing, Technology, and Operations to promote best design practices
  • Keeping up to date with current technology, best practice and tools used by design teams to inform operations

  • You have 1-2 years of proven experience within the creative or design field, with a strong focus on design or research operations
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in collaborative environments where supporting others is key to success
  • You understand and appreciate the impact of design in shaping and delivering exceptional products and services
  • You are familiar with various design tools and disciplines, including Experience Design, Service Design, UX Design, UI Design, User Research, and Graphic Design, and understand what designers in these areas need to excel in their work
  • You are able to foster an inclusive environment that accommodates different working styles and capabilities to support and empower designers
