We are looking for a dedicated End User Services Engineer to join our Manila End User Services team. The role is part of the wider EUS Services Team providing local hands-on and remote support for client end points.

What will you do as an EUS Engineer? 

As an EUS Engineer, you will participate in all incident and problem management activities related to End User Services. Evaluate current procedures and processes for accomplishing objectives and continuously develops and implements improved practices.

You will also be expected to:

  • Troubleshoot issues on Windows, MacOS, and mobile platforms.
  • Monitor your team's ticket queue for efficient operation and accuracy.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about status, quality, risks, and operations.
  • Resolve technical operational and equipment problems with user technology.
  • Escalate critical situations when problems can't be resolved within criteria, tracking them to final resolution.
  • Develop and complete assigned work requests promptly for timely problem resolution and courteous service delivery.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

As a mid-level team member, you will be entrusted with assuming lead responsibilities for various systems under the purview of EUS. In this capacity, you will serve as a point of escalation for Junior EUS Engineers, providing guidance and support when required.

Having the skills, knowledge, or experience on the below would be advantageous:

  • 5+ years SCCM Builds for Windows experience, and demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Strong commitment to customer service, supporting service delivery goals.
  • Experience in change management, configuration policies, with emphasis on documentation, RCA, and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with global communications technology, including VOIP and Video Conferencing.
  • Proficient in installing and managing 3rd party apps on Windows and MacOS, preferably with Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager and Office 365 administration experience.
