We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Assessment & Customer Support directorate. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the Director of Assessment Innovation and Transformation, Director of Assessment Principles and Communication, Director of Assessment Standards and the Assessment and Directorate Support Manager.  This role is an exciting opportunity to work with and support the Assessment and Customer Support directorate furthering our educational reach around the world.

What will you do as an Executive Administrative Assistant?

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing the support needed by proactively managing and planning senior staff members' diary and meeting arrangements, organising travel, producing agendas, minutes, and relevant papers for key meetings, producing reports and presentations as well as various administrative tasks.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience within a similar administrative or personal assistant role, with calendar management, travel management, and minute taking experience.
  • Educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office packages confidently is essential.
  • Experience of working within onscreen finance or other complex systems is preferable.
