We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Assessment & Customer Support/ Education Teams on 18 months fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the Head of International Education Research Hub and the Assessment and Customer Support Divisional Support Manager.  This role is an exciting opportunity to work with and support the International Education research team and Assessment and Customer Support divisional support manager furthering our educational reach around the world. 

 

The Assessment and Customer Support Division is a very large (280 colleagues) and complex division responsible for the production and support of over 4,000 live question papers for three exam series per year. The workload is high during our peak exam seasons and your priorities will shift depending on business need.

 

The International Education Research Hub (IERH), which sits within the new Education directorate, design and deliver research for the International Education Directorates and their teams, develops practice- and product-focused research, offers a consultancy, connection and collaboration service.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing the support needed by managing and sharing our research outputs, proofreading and editing reports, organising travel, conference attendance, seminars and meetings, service cross-Cambridge steering and other key meetings, including the production of agendas, minutes, and relevant papers, as well as following up on key actions.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Educated to bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with minute taking and calendar management is essential.
  • Minimum 1 year experience within a similar role, with calendar management, travel management, and minutes taking.
  • Experience of working and managing Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office packages confidently is essential.
  • Experience of working within onscreen finance or other complex systems
  • Amenable to report to our Makati site following a hybrid work setup.
  • Amenable to working for an 18-months project.
