Role Overview:

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and developing web elements that align with our brand and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design:
• Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, advertisements, etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and translate ideas into creative designs.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
• Edit and retouch images as needed.
2. Web Development:
• Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML.
• Implement design elements and features into websites and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Optimize websites for performance and search engine optimization (SEO).
3. Multimedia Design:
• Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive graphics for use on websites and social media platforms.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and other promotional materials.
4. Project Management:
• Manage multiple design and development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and development work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and web development tools.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
• Knowledge of animation and video editing software.
• Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies.
