  • Develop and communicate strategic direction for digital mocks and exams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate commercial viability and success criteria to ensure product developments are financially sustainable and impactful.
  • Prioritize customer/user requirements and key dependencies to focus development resources, ensuring alignment with overarching product plans and strategy.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, making evidence-backed, data-driven decisions on which opportunities to pursue.
  • Prepare business cases for new products, services, and product changes; garner cross-divisional support to ensure successful delivery.
  • Ensure the successful definition and execution of go-to market and communications strategies for all digital exam products.
  • Provide strong communication and public speaking to support dissemination of product strategy, as well as contribute to thought leadership.

About you

You have strong leadership skills with experience managing product teams and collaborating across functions and business stakeholders to achieve business goals.

You possess an in-depth understanding of the commercial aspects of product development and delivery, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and market opportunity evaluation.

You are an excellent communicator with a customer-centric mind-set and the ability to clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and business cases to stakeholders at all levels.

You possess experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced development environment and have an analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
