Pay range: Php 26,000 to Php 33,000

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join our Manila People & Culture Team who will serve as the initial point of contact for Manila employees regarding HR-related services, policies, and local programs. Your role will be crucial in delivering local HR initiatives, supporting global program rollouts, and assisting with HR operations to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

What will you do as an HR Advisor? 

As an HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Advising and supporting colleagues on HR-related services and policies. 
  • Developing, rolling out, and maintaining local HR activities that enhance the Employee Value Proposition and Employee Experience. 
  • Performing administrative duties in different HR facets. 
  • Maintaining HR data and metrics to produce insightful reports for key stakeholders. 
  • Supporting the review of HR policies and participating in employee engagement activities. 

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? 

To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 2 years of experience as an HR generalist or in a similar HR role. 
  • Skills in research, data analysis, and project management. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 
  • An analytical, and collaborative approach, with strong presentation skills.
