We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS Support team. The role will be responsible for delivering day-to-day core HCM operations and support colleagues globally and effectively collaborate with stakeholders by being a subject-matter expert on Workday core HCM.

What will you do as an HRIS Analyst?

As HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure Data and System Integrity and Accuracy: Maintain accurate data and a properly functioning system for reliable HR operations.
• Serve as Workday HCM Expert: Provide deep knowledge of Workday's core HCM functions for troubleshooting, training, and optimization.
• Manage Day-to-Day HCM Operations: Oversee daily operations, including security access, administration, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth HRIS functionality.
• Proactively Communicate with Global Colleagues: Responding to queries, incidents, and requests through various communication channels to empower users and collaborate effectively.
• Assist and Support with New Modules and Functionalities: Supporting the review, testing, validation, and implementation of new modules and functionalities to enhance the system.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

You will be ideal for this role if you hold a relevant degree or have at least 2 years of related experience. A strong candidate will have knowledge of Workday core HCM concepts, structures, and business processes, along with experience supporting users in Workday or another HRIS. Being a self-starter with strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills is also important.

In addition, experience, knowledge or expertise in the following would give you an advantage:

• Workday core HCM
• EIB
• Custom report writing in Workday
• Knowledge in Business process and security
