We are looking for an Integration Lead to join our Manila English Exams Technology team. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to manage the integration between platforms within the Exam Technology Organisation (ETO) landscape, principally to and from the SAP application, driving productivity across the portfolio of projects and services delivered, whilst ensuring achievement of quality standards, performance optimization and advising on appropriate selection and choice of technology.

What will you do as an Integration Lead?

 

As an Integration Lead, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering a portfolio of support, enhancement & change initiatives across the ETO Landscape, principally the SAP application, while preserving modularity of the solution design. Your expertise and insights will encourage solution evolution in the English Exam technology area through collaborative effort of cross-functional teams and their customers.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

The role requires strong stakeholder and customer management, with the ability to handle situations per Cambridge University Press & Assessment policies. Candidates should have experience in release management, working with onshore and offshore teams, and managing complex projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, influencing, teamwork, and communication skills are essential.

Key technical skills:

  • API Management, OData Provisioning, Cloud Connector, ABAP proxies & AIF
  • SAP Standard adapters (File, SFTP, REST, JDBC, ODBC, JMS, RFC, SOAP, IDOC_AAE, MAIL, 3rd-party adapters)
  • Middleware platforms (SAP PI/PO, MuleSoft) and integration with SAP & non-SAP systems
  • Cloud services (AWS, Azure), Data Integration Tools (SAP Data Services), and security best practices (including GDPR compliance)

Candidates should document and maintain integration processes, optimize performance, and stay updated with evolving technologies.
