Hours: 35 hours per week (9am – 5pm due to operational needs of the role)

About the role
As an Inventory Assistant, you will help maintain accurate stock data across our internal systems and external warehouse partners worldwide. Working as part of a supportive team, you will manage queries and provide essential information that enables smooth order fulfilment, customer support, and product launches.

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.
About You
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have high attention to detail and accuracy, along with confidence in problem-solving and resolving enquiries promptly.
Along with your administrative experience, you will be proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
