We are recruiting for a Junior Test Automation Engineer who will be part of our Test Automation Team. This team is responsible for providing automation (i.e. automated Functional, Regression, Performance, and API testing) and RPA support to other teams.

This role will provide you with meaningful challenges to aid the users of the in-house Software Testing solutions developed by the team. You will be the Level-1 support that interacts with the business users to gather feedback and propose initial solutions. Other duties will include writing documentation to use for training and troubleshooting..

What will you do in this role?
This role will require you to provide user-support to the tools supported by the team and keep the Lead up-to-date with project timelines and concerns. You will also be expected to manage status reports for Software Test automation projects and write guidelines and training presentations to help users understand the proper usage of tools. You will also be expected to assist in the research and development of other available tools that may be more fitting to the current solutions and provide insights in the development and design of the solutions that the team is supporting.

Our ideal candidate is a graduate of an IT course or a related discipline, with a good understanding of the software development process and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
