We are looking for a Lead Automation Engineer to join our Manila Automation Team. As a pivotal member of our team, not only will you line manage a team of engineers, you will design, build and run re-usable RPA/BPM components, primarily on our automation platforms, and help developers across the organisation achieve success on these.

What will you do as a Lead Automation Enigneer?

 

As a Lead Automation Engineer, you will significantly impact the business by driving process efficiency, innovation, and alignment with strategic objectives. Your leadership in designing, implementing, and optimising BPM solutions results in tangible benefits across various aspects of the organisation.

You would get exposure to our Automation platforms i.e. UiPath, Appian and help ensure best practices for automation engineering are up to date and adhered. Most importantly you would help build our internal capability in this important area, upskilling/cross skilling and retaining talented individuals and help them deliver effectively in empowered, agile squads.

This role is critical to enabling process improvements, enhancing operational efficiencies, and ensuring the robustness of RPA/BPM applications to support business transformation initiatives.

 

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Appian, UiPath, RPA, or BPM solutions to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, design cutting-edge solutions, and drive impactful change.

 

What We're Looking For

  • A certified Appian Senior Developer or UiPath Senior Developer (preferred).
  • At least 4 years of experience in Appian, UiPath, or RPA/BPM solution design.
  • Proven leadership experience, managing and motivating a high-performing team.

You'll stand out if you have expertise in:

  • Appian: Process Modeling, SAIL interfaces, and Data Fabric.
  • UiPath: Document Understanding, Communication Mining, and the UiPath suite.
  • Integration techniques, including REST APIs, SOAP services, and database connectivity (Mulesoft knowledge is a plus).

 

Other Skills We Value:

  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting under pressure.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in process and data flow design, architecture, and modeling.
  • Familiarity with Agile processes, development tracking tools (e.g., Jira, qTest), and usability design.
