About the role

As a Learning & Assessment Consultant, you will contribute to the success of the territory by identifying and helping to convert new business opportunities into revenue as well as cross-selling to existing accounts.

The job holder personifies the single Cambridge in the eyes of the customer, establishing direct relationships with schools and other institutions, nurturing existing accounts and cross selling the full range of products.

The role will grow revenue by increasing the capability of the team and our channel partners, making them work together and sell the full portfolio, wherever possible.

 Key accountabilities include:

  • Contribute to the achievement of annual revenue and profitability targets for an assigned territory, broken down by product type within an assigned budget
  • Carry out direct visits to potential new customers, according to agreed prioritization and country strategic plans, advising on full range of Cambridge English learning solutions
  • Provide post-business development activities support to existing customer base, according to prioritized segmentation, to maximize revenue across the full range of Cambridge English products
  • Build an accurate and appropriate pipe-line of leads and opportunities to feed future growth and meet revenue targets
  • Collaborate with Marketing by strengthening the recognition of Cambridge certificates and assisting with local events and campaigns
  • Be the voice of the customer, obtaining market knowledge, competitor intelligence and after-business development activities product feedback.


About you

We are looking for a dynamics individual who is passionate about education and has a deep understanding of the local educational system. A teaching qualification or a background in sales and marketing would be highly desirable, but familiarity with Cambridge products is a must.

You will be a clear and effective communicator in both written and verbal , with fluency in Korean and at least a B2 level of English.

You will have strong IT skills, including competence with Microsoft suite and CRM software, ideally Salesforce. This will allow you to manage and analyse data.

As the Learning & Assessment Consultant, you will be adaptable and have creative problem-solving skills which will help you thrive in a constantly changing environment.

Consultative selling skills and a full, clean local driving license will further set you up for success in this role.
