We are seeking a confident, passionate and engaging Learning and Assessment Consultant who will contribute to the success of the area by identifying and helping to convert new business opportunities into revenue as well as cross-selling to existing accounts. In this role, you will personify Cambridge in the eyes of the customer, establishing direct relationships with schools and other institutions, nurturing existing accounts and cross selling the full range of products.
About the role
You will grow revenue and help reach profitability targets by increasing the capability of the team and our channel partners, encouraging them to work together and sell the full portfolio, wherever possible.
You will carry out direct visits to existing and potential customers, according to agreed prioritisation and strategic plans, advising on the full range of Cambridge English learning solutions.

About you
You will have extensive experience in Sales/ Business Development, ideally in the academic publishing or educational sector.
You will have experience of working in a global organisation, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances through creative problem-solving. Experience of working in the publishing industry is highly desirable.
An excellent public speaker, you will be confident with presenting and have strong negotiation skills.
You will be friendly and collaborative, highly organised and able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Ideally, you will be able to speak and write fluently in English, Malay and Mandarin.
