JOB PURPOSE 

The Marketing Analyst & Program Manager will be responsible for the following key tasks 

  1. Analyzing Sales Funnels and Customer Intent for multiple products and business verticals 
  2. Reporting on Marketing KPIs arising out of off line and on line initiatives such as  leads, conversion rates, event outcomes, social media engagement 
  3. Budget Management and tracking marketing costs, ROIs and ROEs and  budget distribution, design governance models 
  4. Conduct competitive research, analyze benchmarking data and market opportunities and gather market intelligence 
  5. Design and implement market & consumer surveys. 
  6. Develop program assessment protocols for marketing initiatives for evaluation & continuous improvement, analyzing risks. 
  7. Work closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to monitor scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and execution deadlines 
  8. Database management & analysis 
  9. Prepare presentations and marketing reports for various marketing initiatives & campaigns 
  10. Managing communications, project updates, and  knowledge shares with all stakeholders 
  11.  

What we're looking for 

We are looking for a passionate marketing analyst and a strategic thinker. We can organize & prioritize each activity and also take up key special projects as part of market analyses. 

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or marketing 
  • 4+ years of experience working as a marketing analyst or equivalent and carrying out the tasks as defined in the job purpose.
  • Possess Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to research, analytical, and data interpretation skills. 
  • Good knowledge of analytical software such as SAS, SPSS, Google Analytics, WINDBS, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Office, Survey Tools and CRM programs 
  • Excellent organizational skills, Time Management and analytical skills, with attention to detail 
  • Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understandable language
