Salary: RMB 150-200 per day 

Location: Beijing, China

Contract: Part time, internship, 16-24 hours per week

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is offering an exciting Marketing Internship based in Beijing, where you will support our Asia Academic Marketing team and develop vital marketing skills in an international environment.

About the role

As a Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the Asia Marketing team to achieve our business objectives. This hands-on role will allow you to contribute directly to our marketing initiatives while honing your skills in areas like digital marketing, data analysis, and creative design.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with marketing administration, such as proofreading and reviewing Chinese translations.
  • Adapting posters and banners using existing designs.
  • Editing videos or adding subtitles when required.
  • Designing materials and typesetting for WeChat posts.
  • Cleaning and managing email databases.
  • Conducting market research to support marketing strategies.
  • Collecting and organising data (e.g., CAS Rankings, Scopus data) for sales and marketing use.
  • Performing usage and publication analysis to provide actionable insights.

This role will enable you to gain exposure to multiple aspects of marketing, while working closely with our experienced Asia Academic Marketing team and China-based sales colleagues.

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong bilingual skills in English and Chinese.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A self-motivated mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
  • An analytical approach, proficiency in MS Office, and an interest in digital marketing.
