We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Team working with Cambridge International Operations. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to provide the efficient and accurate processing of several tasks, all of which play a vital part in the delivery of results on time and accurately to our customers.

What will you do in the role? 

As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of each examination cycle. 

 

This role, within the AS & Marking team, encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities. Reporting to a line manager, you will need to establish a high standard for the following activities:   

  • Take responsibility for the timely and accurate delivery of an agreed set of operational processes.  
  • Provide excellent customer service with internal and external stakeholders as required via telephone and email.  
  • Ensure there are enough examiners, and that their information is correct and accurate.  
  • Update process documents and creating and updating FAQs to manage BAU and test day issues efficiently.

As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the examination administration process, working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.  

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:  

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, maintaining external and internal relationships
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 
  • Effective time management and organisation skills. 
  • Experience in handling operations/projects and working in a team. 
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail would be essential.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office, and databases)
  • Efficient data collection, organisation, protection, and analysis
  • Amenable to work in UK operating hours. Working hours will be reviewed once the candidate is fully trained, to best meet our customer's demands.

We don't expect that you'll necessarily have previous experience working in our field. We'll provide you with the training and support you need to succeed.
