Work schedule: 4PM to 12MN (UK hours) | 9PM to 5AM (US hours)

Pay range: Php 24,000 to 30,000

We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our Manila Commercial Operations Team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Commercial Teams globally to achieve their financial goals in all product groups and delivering outstanding customer service to our institutional customers.

What will you do as an Operations Administrator?

As a key member of our team, your goal will be to deliver outstanding back-office support to the Commercial teams globally as well as being responsible for various reports to be delivered accurately and timely to our customers globally.  

 

As an Operations Administrator, you will:

  • Provide first and second level support to the wider Commercial team, in particular the EMEA and Americas Commercial teams as well as to our institutional customers.
  • Work closely with the manager and members of Commercial Operations team based in EMEA and the UK.
  • Guide proactive initiatives to deliver a consistent and exceptional level of back office and customer support.
  • Ensure an efficient and profitable approach to your work with a focus on detail and data accuracy, while turning around incoming requests quickly.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have some Customer Service, Administrative or Commercial experience, ideally with exposure to a high-volume process task.
  • Proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of CRM and Zendesk.
  • Very comfortable working with data.
  • Ability to think analytically.
  • Excel Analyze experience is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work in either UK or US hours on a hybrid setup.
