We are looking for an Operations Administrator to join our International Education Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be a vital part supporting projects related to systems, planning and ways of working including. You will help administer our workflow tool (Monday.com) to implement new processes and systems, as well as organize and manage meetings to improve communication.

What will you do as an Operations Administrator in the Marketing team?

 

As Operations Administrator, you will be helping to set the foundations for our internal processes, systems and tools for the wider global and central marketing teams. You will also help raise the profile of our team by gathering performance data and showcasing our marketing achievements.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish processes for ordering marketing stock and collateral.
  • Implement and manage technologies for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Transition digital assets to a new platform and set up governance.
  • Create and maintain a dynamic SharePoint site for the Global Marketing team.

 

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

As an Operations Administrator (Marketing), you will play a key role in facilitating excellence and best practice.

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

 

  • 1–2 years' experience gained in an Operations role, ideally within a marketing setting
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel and data skills
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Workflow management experience (i.e. a platform like Monday.com)
  • Experience of working with a Digital Asset Management platform (i.e. BrandFolder or Bynder) would be advantageous, but not essential.
