We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Business Operations team in Partnership for Education. As a key member of our team, your goal will be to support the global operations of our department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various teams. What will you do as an Operations Coordinator?

 

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting the international growth strategy of the Partnership for Education. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new colleagues, and providing administrative support for our non-UK offices. You will also engage with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient processes, manage financial administration, and contribute to the development of operational guidelines and resources. Additionally, you will support the global operations team by maintaining high standards of data quality and compliance with organisational standards.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including assisting with monitoring and reporting on recruitment metrics, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience for new colleagues.
  • Engage and build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders globally to establish full comprehension of complex and varied processes.
  • Monitor spend and accurate budget management for multiple office locations in collaboration with the Business Operations Manager and Finance Business Partner.
  • Develop user-friendly working instructions and guidelines for operational processes to ensure knowledge-sharing and prevent single points of failure.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

 

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • You have 1 – 2 years of proven recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to a high volume of roles.
  • Experience in creating and proofreading written communications for international teams
  • Experience of using and learning new systems, including different HR systems.
  • Comfortable working with data and a wide-range of internal and external stakeholders globally
  • Experience managing and administering complex and varied processes
