We are seeking a passionate Operations Support Manager within the Exam Services team for the day-to-day line management of multiple Assessment Operations Coordinators and Senior Assessment Operations Coordinators while they support the business in delivering efficient, effective and customer focused examinations by overseeing the completion of processes relating to the delivery of Cambridge English Qualifications (CEQ) exams.

What will you do as an Operations Support Manager? 

As an Operations Support Manager within the Admin Hub, you will be required to line manage Senior Assessment Operations Coordinators and Assessment Operations Coordinators supporting them with their personal development, training, wellbeing, performance management as well as the onboarding and recruitment of staff. 

You will also be expected to:  

  • Line-manage a team of approximately 30 Manila based colleagues  
  • Liaise closely with other Admin Hub Operations Support Managers by aligning collaborative conversations, 1:1 topics and maintaining documentation and associated tools 
  • Oversee others in their use of a wide range of systems and processing platforms to carry out assigned tasks and ensure the successful delivery of CEQ exams 
  • Be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of your own and your team's key tasks 
  • Be responsible for resource planning, recruitment and onboarding of new team members 
  • Make decisions in high-pressure situations using their own initiative, including when to escalate queries / concerns to their manager.
