Platform Support Coordinator 

Work setup: We operate in a hybrid work environment, and we encourage applicants who are open to working in the office two days a week to apply.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours with regular overlap with UK business hours to support collaboration with global stakeholders and technology teams.

Employment type: Permanent

Pay range: Php 37,000 to Php 50,000

We are looking for a dedicated Platform Support Coordinator to join our Operations team who will be responsible for coordinating support and operational activities across a portfolio of global Education Technology platforms, ensuring incidents, service requests, and platform issues are managed effectively through to resolution. The role works closely with technology teams, customers, and third-party suppliers to maintain service stability, support continuous improvement, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

What will you do in this role? 

Reporting to the Senior Platform Support Coordinator your accountabilities will include:

  • Coordinating incidents, service requests, and platform issues across a portfolio of global Education Technology platforms and services.
  • Acting as a key point of contact between Customer Services, Technology teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
  • Supporting major incident management, stakeholder communications, service reporting, and continuous service improvement activities.
  • Monitoring service performance, analysing support trends, and identifying opportunities to improve platform stability and customer experience.
  • Coordinating support for releases, maintenance activities, and operational processes to ensure smooth service delivery.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this role?

An ideal candidate has the following qualities:


Essential:

  • Experience in a technical support, service management, or operational support role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience coordinating incidents, service requests, and escalations to resolution.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ticket management, reporting, and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence

Desirable:

  • Experience working within Education Technology, digital learning, or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL) principles and processes.
  • Experience working with third-party suppliers, technology vendors, or external support providers
