We are looking for a Product Data Officer to join our Products and Scheduling Team within Operations. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the creation and maintenance of Product Reference Data (PRD) within our internal systems, providing accurate and reliable data to the wider business.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As a key member of our team, the goal of the Product Data Officer is to master the data for hundreds of syllabuses across dozens of qualifications, providing the foundations that underpin the entire exam cycle.  You will play a crucial role in delivering our products. Once Product Reference Data (PRD) is set up, the exam cycle can take place: exam timetables, candidate entries, question paper despatch, marking, grading, through to results release. Without this role, we could not deliver our products.

• Excellent communication skills, including ability to retain and explain technical information to others

• Ability to manage workload successfully, balancing many different tasks and timeframes 
• Ability to consider wider, downstream impacts 
• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
• Awareness of the exam cycle and or/operational processing within the education sector
• Amenability to work in UK hours and hybrid setup

As this role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, part of the selection process will require you to complete an English test.
