We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Programme Coordinator to join our Cambridge Online Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality online and blended learning experiences, working alongside Programme Managers, Project Managers, Academics and cross-functional teams to deliver educational products that reach learners around the world.
About the role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering course maintenance, course customisation and other small-scale projects across our portfolio. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, supporting governance activities and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Working closely with Programme and Project Managers, you will act as a central coordination point across multiple workstreams, helping to establish consistent delivery practices, streamline administrative processes and support effective portfolio management.
You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across the Programme Management function.
