We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Cambridge Online Education team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in working with world-leading academics, delivering high-quality online courses and innovative educational products to a global audience.   

About the role

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of online course development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the central point of communication, enabling collaboration and momentum across projects. You will balance priorities across multiple projects, proactively manage risks and support teams to problem solve and adapt where needed.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include: 

• Planning, tracking and delivering multiple concurrent projects through to launch
• Managing timelines, scope, budget and resource allocation across projects
• Building strong working relationships with academics, designers, developers and internal stakeholders
• Facilitating clear, consistent communication across all project teams
• Identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies
• Leading creative and production teams in meeting quality control and delivery milestones

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. About You  
You are an organised and proactive Project Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working at pace. You are confident in navigating uncertainty, managing multiple priorities and building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills, including experience using project management tools for scheduling, resourcing and task management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across a range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving and risk management.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work confidently in ambiguous or evolving situations.
• A degree-level qualification and a recognised project management qualification (or equivalent professional experience), such as PRINCE2, Agile, Digital Project Management or equivalent.
